Register your attendees!
In order to be included on all pre-conference print materials and to receive all conference communications, you must submit a conference registration for both your paid and complimentary conference attendees online at this registration link.
Each exhibit booth includes one complimentary FULL conference pass. Sponsor levels come with a different number of complimentary passes as follows:
Exhibit Only: 1
Please confirm your sponsor level. Additional full conference passes available at a discounted rate of $300 using the same form. We do not offer exhibit only passes. You do not have to be logged in to complete the form.
Exhibitors - Coordinate with Freeman Decorating Services:
Freeman is the decorating company contracted for the show and can assist you with show hours, furniture rentals, electrical/internet connection forms or shipping logistics. You can go directly to Freeman’s web portal for the exhibit information kit for complete rental, shipping, internet and electrical needs. Please do not ship your booth materials directly to the hotel. The exhibits do not come with furnishings. Each 8' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape and 3' high gold side dividers and carpet. You must arrange internet & electrical for your booth with PSAV. Reservations must be made directly with The Woodlands Waterway Marriott at 281-367-9797. Please book promptly, as rooms are subject to availability and will likely sell out. The negotiated conference rate is $239 per night and will expire on March 25, 2019. Please be certain to specify that you need the TAGITM industry block to receive the discounted rate or visit the reservation page.
Play in the Golf Tournament!
Make the most out of your conference networking opportunity by participating in the pre-conference golf tournament on Tuesday, April 16. This is a time-honored tradition for TAGITM government attendees and promises excellent one on one networking time. Register for golf!
A pre-conference attendee list with contact information will be provided during the week after the early registration discount concludes on March 26. You will also receive a final attendee list after the event. There are no lead retrieval services offered at this event.
The most beneficial part of the TAGITM conference is the networking opportunities provided both in and out of the exhibit hall. We encourage you to attend ALL conference functions, education sessions and evening functions in order to make the most of your time. Please review our full conference agenda and plan your travel accordingly. Your complimentary passes allow access to all education and networking functions.
Door Prize / Giveaway Guidelines
Each year, TAGITM offers the opportunity for its government member participants to receive door prizes during the conference. Conference sponsors generously contribute these prizes and will receive recognition at the time the item is given. Attendees look forward to winning prizes and participate with vigor. By involving your company in prize drawings, you can attract a lot of extra attention and traffic! Please fill out the Exhibit Door Prize Donation Form if you plan to provide a door prize. Door prizes will be awarded during the exhibit hall lunch on Thursday, April 18. As an exhibitor, you are welcome to conduct drawings at your exhibit.
