Connect with TAGITM
TAGITM is proud and honored to select Operation Comfort as this year's recipient of our Give IT Back Program. Operation Comfort provides support to service members who have been wounded in Afghanistan or Iraq and are receiving treatment at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
For the first time in the history of our organization, this year's elections will be digital! We will be utilizing the Balloteer on-line election system, which is a secure, web based application that allows online voting ballots and hosts elections so that we can better manage our election process.

We also have 81 affiliate members that work directly with our membership by offering technology solutions and consultation services. The Executive Board has extended an invitation to TML and TAC to participate with us in our annual conference this year and hope to have more collaborative opportunities with each organization in the future.

This year, for both the election of Executive Board and for the bylaws election, TAGITM will be using electronic voting. In order to provide each Agency Member Voting Representative a secure ballot, a separate email will be sent to you from email@example.com which will have the link for the electronic ballot and your login credentials to cast your ballot. This email will arrive on Monday, April 16, 2012. If you do not receive the email please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a ballot.
Voting by electronic ballot will be open from 9:00 AM (CDT) on Monday, April 16, 2012 and will close at 9:15 AM (CDT) on Friday, May 25, 2012. Results of the election will be made known at the business meeting on Friday at the annual conference. Please contact TAGITM if you have any questions about the proposed changes, the electronic ballot or your login credentials.
A BIG Thank You!

New this year, a special vendor reception is scheduled for Wednesday at 4 PM in the exhibit hall.
