2010 Annual Conference
Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

The Texas Association of Governmental IT Managers' (TAGITM) annual conference represents the most significant annual gathering of local government CIOs, CTOs and information technology managers and professionals in Texas. The conference provides unique education and networking opportunities for all TAGITM Agency and Affiliate members.

Organizations may participate at the conference as exhibitors or sponsors - see below for further details. At least one representative from your organization must be an affiliate member to participate as a sponsor/exhibitor.    

Each organization must participate at a minimum of the Silver level to qualify as a sponsor.  Companies may choose simply to exhibit, however if a company chooses to become a sponsor, the cost of the exhibit booth will count towards its overall sponsorship package. 

Sponsor/Exhibit opportunities are released to prior year's sponsors on a graduated basis:        

• November 2 – Past sponsors receive invitation for first right of refusal on sponsorships
• November 16 - Vendor community receives invitation to participate

Sponsorships and Exhibit Space are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis – determined by the date and time contracts are received.
 

Platinum Sponsor:  Any combination of sponsorships and exhibits totaling $5000 or more. 

• Entitles sponsor to one complimentary 8’x10’ exhibit space and two complimentary conference registrations, an additional value of $1850.  (Note: the exhibit space may be exchanged for 2 additional complimentary conference registrations or a full page ad if prefered). Platinum sponsors will also be included on the vendor bingo card at no charge.

Gold Sponsor:  Any combination of sponsorships and exhibits totaling $2500 to $4999. 

• Entitles sponsor to two complimentary conference registrations, an additional value of $850.  Gold sponsors will also be included on the vendor bingo card at no charge.

Silver Sponsor:  Any combination of sponsorships and exhibits totaling $1500 to $2499. 

• Entitles sponsor to one complimentary conference registration, an additional value of $425. 

Exhibitor: Exhibit space may be secured at $1000/booth. 8'X10' both space is available on a first come, first serve basis with a maximum of 50 booths available. (Note: booth furnishings are not included and will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.)

• Each exhibitor can register 2 individuals to staff their booth in the exhibit hall.  There is no charge for booth staff to attend but they will not have access to planned conference events including meals, receptions and hospitality.

All exhibitors/sponsors must register and pay for all conference registrations not included with their selection above should they wish to attend conference events (meals, hospitality, etc.).  The cost of registration is $425 prior to March 19, 2010. Additional Conference Registrations
Sponsors may register and pay for unlimited additional attendees at published registration rates.  Registration is available online at www.tagitm.org.

Complimentary Vendor Membership
Each sponsor will receive a complimentary TAGITM vendor membership for the next fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010.  Companies must sponsor at the Silver level or above to qualify for the complimentary membership.

Recognition
All sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program for their generous support of TAGITM.  Sponsors will be individually recognized during general sessions throughout the conference, and will receive special acknowledgment during the awards luncheon on Thursday. 

Conference Participant List
This list of influential IT decision-makers will be made available to all sponsors.  Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive the list of current registrants in time to alert participants of special events, booth numbers, etc.

Door Prizes
Vendors may provide a door prize that will be given away in drawings at scheduled times during the conference (general sessions, meals, etc.)
