Cancellations

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before CANCELLATION DEADLINE [see below per event]. No refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to info@tagitm.org No cancellations will be taken by phone. 

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TAGITM via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to the SUBSTITUTION DEADLINE [see below per event] or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to info@tagitm.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.

Substitution deadline:April 17, 2018

TAGITM Fall Government Regional Summit
Event date: October 2018
Cancellation deadline: 1 week prior to event
Substitution deadline: 4 days prior to event 

TAGITM Winter Government Regional Summit
Event date: February 2019
Cancellation deadline: 1 week prior to event
Substitution deadline: 4 days prior to event
